This foundation-level course introduces participants to energy healing medicine, focusing on addressing areas of limitation—whether physical, emotional, or mental—while amplifying feelings of wellbeing, peace, and harmony. The course begins with a discussion on how energy healing works, encouraging open-mindedness and personal discernment. Participants will receive an attunement to a specific energy frequency, allowing them to access and work with this energy. Practical sessions will follow, where participants practice techniques on each other, benefiting both the receiver and practitioner. The course spans two days, from 10 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour lunch break each day.
